Caring for your Fabrics
All our fabrics are of the highest quality. We recommend you wash them at no higher than 40⁰C, this will keep their original colours and patterns unfaded. DO NOT BLEACH.

Korhogo and Mud cloths can be dry cleaned, machine or handwashed. We recommend you wash them in cold water, and if machine washing, place the cloth in a lingerie bad. DO NOT BLEACH. It is recommended that Korhogo and Mud cloths be washed on their own for the first time, to remove excess dirt and dye. On initial cleaning by any method, there may be some fading, but not much. These cloths can be ironed with a steam iron with good results.

Caring for Wood Products
All fine wood products need moisture, and in the dry climate of a home or business may become dried out and crack. To avoid or reduce the change of such damage, it is best to polish wood items at least once monthly with a high quality wood polish. Depending on the colour of the wood, a high quality black, dark tan or neutral shoe polish will not only add moisture but sheen to woods.

Apply the polish all over the object using shoe brush, leave for about half an hour and then buff with a clean soft cloth.Africa is a very rich Continent blessed with a wealth of talented artists.  We work closely with various artists and craftspeople across the Continent to promote their amazing skill by importing their work for exposure in Europe and beyond.  All the works we sell are crafted and finished to very high standards, with most of our larger items being commissioned work - as such you are assured of the uniqueness of every painting or sculpture that we deliver to you.
